Worth the Wait: Our First Visit to 1909 Temecula

After years of trying, our family finally had the chance to experience the buzzed-about restaurant 1909 Temecula. Every previous attempt ended the same way: a host’s polite smile and the words, “It’ll be a 45-minute to an hour wait.” But this evening, the stars aligned—and it did not disappoint.

On the Menu

  • 1909 Burger
  • Spring Goat Cheese Salad
  • Rustic Chicken & Risotto
  • Voodoo Breeze (limited to two per person—yes, it really says that on the menu!)

The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with an undeniable Temecula charm. All around us were families celebrating milestones, friends catching up over dinner, and diners simply savoring a well-cooked meal.

I’ll admit, I’m not usually one for long waits, but this experience proved that sometimes the best meals are worth a little patience.

Inland Valley Living proudly recommends 1909 Temecula.
